- Informational & administrative use: TruckerWallet provides tools to record trips, loads, and finances and to visualize analytics. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
- Data accuracy: Results and analytics depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter and any third-party sources you connect.
- No guarantee of outcomes: We do not guarantee profit, savings, or compliance outcomes.
5. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing
- Plans: Some features require a paid subscription. Plan details and prices are shown in-app.
- Billing via App Store: Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple App Store using your Apple ID. Applicable taxes may apply.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials: If a trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancellations & refunds: You can cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
- Price changes: We may change prices or plan features; if required, you will be notified by Apple before renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than our provided interfaces.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by law.
7. Your Content & Data
- Your entries: You retain ownership of the content and data you input (e.g., trips, loads, expenses).
- License to us: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
- Backups: You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your data.

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.
9. Third-Party Services

13. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckerWallet and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (or, if no such payments, €50).
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TruckerWallet and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
